The year is 1914. Thanks to the equally destructive forces of black magic and rapid industrialization, every square inch of Earth has been claimed by one of nine powerful Empires. Uneasy alliances and lustful gazes at new territory make the world stage fertile ground for a global conflict.

So, when a terrorist (or freedom fighting?) organization known as the Black Hand assassinates a high ranking member of the Hexburg nobility, the powers at be organize their forces for a war that will change the world forever.

Humans, elves, and ogres alike march together under the banner of their respective Empires, divided into two rival alliances poised to tear the globe apart.

A polyglot Empire formed from a patchwork of holdings of an inbred vampiric aristocracy, what the Gotho-Hexburg Empire in proper organization it makes up for in access to a terrifying undead army.

The Great Jade Empire was already ancient when King Arthur drew the sword from the stone. Consisting of much of the Asian continent, this dragon currently lies sleeping, hoping to emerge as a dominating force on the world stage once the warring powers have exhausted themselves.
